Joyce Ridner

Currently, Joyce is the HR consultant and project manager for First Coast Service Options, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of FL.  First Coast is the Medicare administrator for Florida, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. 

Joyce graduated from UNF with a degree in English and started her HR career after a career in marketing. She has held positions in compensation, benefits, recruiting and staffing, organizational design and development, and employee relations. 

Joyce obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2001.  In her spare time, she volunteers with animal welfare organizations and mentors teenagers.
